What support can students expect?

When transferring from their INTO programme to the University for undergraduate or postgraduate study, each student will be allocated an academic adviser who will monitor their academic progress and guide them through the course until graduation. The academic adviser may help select modules to construct a degree programme reflecting individual academic interests, talents and skills.

Although INTO students will be well prepared in comparison with many international students, they will continue to have access to specialist support to improve note taking, essay writing, time management and exam technique. Students may also benefit from year-round, in-sessional English language support.

INTO UEA has been a really good preparation for my degree course. INTO played an important part, as it helped me in both life and study, which is essential for a new student.
