University accreditation and control standards

Each academic programme at INTO University of East Anglia undergoes a stringent validation process by the University.  Subsequently, a Joint Board of Study consisting of senior academic staff, from both the University and INTO, meets regularly to ensure high academic standards are maintained.

The security of assessment and academic standards is further supported through the independent external examiners appointed for each programme.  External examiners have access to all course materials, assessed work and examination scripts.  The Board of Examiners and the provision of an annual report are essential components of our quality assurance process.  Furthermore, INTO University of East Anglia successfully completed a British Council inspection in 2007 and continues to offer accredited English language courses.

INTO’s internal review and evaluation system allows for staff and student feedback on all aspects of a course. Course reviews, including meetings with student representatives are a standard requirement and make a valuable contribution to the continued development of our programmes.

The University of East Anglia is the most beautiful campus I have ever seen. INTO classes are very interesting and the teachers are all very friendly. Norwich is quiet, and clean, so studying here makes me feel very comfortable.
