Before applying, please read carefully all the information about the application process below.

Application process

Step 1: Submit your application

Using the links to the side, you can download a copy of the application form and send it electronically, or by mail or fax, to the INTO Admissions Centre at your preferred university, along with all of your supporting documents. As long as you have fully completed the application form and provided all of the necessary documents, the Admissions team will process your application.

Step 2: Receive your offer letter

If there is a place available on your chosen course and you meet the academic and English langauge requirements, you will receive a formal offer of a place.  The offer letter will provide full details of your study plan including the course dates and tuition fee.  If the course is full or you do not meet the entry requirements, you  will be offered an alternative study plan.

Step 3: Confirming your place

To confirm your acceptance of our offer and reserve your place on the course, you should returned a signed copy of the acceptance form and return it to the INTO Admissions Centre.  You will also need to pay a deposit or provide alternative evidence of how you intend to fund your course. In order to confirm your place, you must also provide evidence of full travel and medical insurance.

Step 4: Receive your confirmation pack

Once the Admissions Team have received your signed acceptance form and evidence of payment, they will issue all of the necessary documentation to support the UK student visa application, including a confirmation of enrolment letter, visa support letter and where applicable a conditional offer of a place for a degree programme at your preferred university.

Step 5: Your arrival

Once your visa has been issued you should pay the remainder of your tuition fees and return the Arrivals form to the Student Services team so that we know when you intend to arrive at your preferred university and can ensure that everything is ready for your arrival.  Once full payment has been received you will receive confirmation of your accommodation details, airport pickup arrangements (if requested) and a pre-departure guide.

Norwich is definitely a fine place to come and study in. The people here are wonderful and friendly and the city itself is exciting. You have the city centre where you can go to get all the basic amenities for your student needs and other peaceful, serene areas where you just go to hang out away from the hustle and bustle of a city.
