INTO care

For truly successful study in the UK you will need more than high quality courses and tuition. INTO care begins before you arrive and also ensures that you have the highest level of support while studying in the UK.

INTO has a network of supportive agents and consultants around the world to help you make the right UK education choices. When you arrive in the UK, you’ll be cared for by INTO’s international student services team and if you enrol on a degree course the University’s student welfare service will continue to support you until you graduate.

Prior to enrolment

Your first point of contact with INTO will be with one of INTO’s representatives in your home country. INTO agents and counsellors are well informed about programmes and recognise the importance of the choices you need to make, so will gladly answer any questions you may have.

Pre-departure assistance

Once you’ve accepted our offer, while still in your home country, you will receive an INTO pre-departure guide, containing the information you will need to prepare for travel to the UK.

Student services

All the help and support you will need is available from the INTO student services team will help with any non-academic issues, ranging from registering with the Police and a General Medical Practitioner (doctor) through to setting up a bank account. This allows you the freedom to concentrate on your studies and enjoy university life.

As an international student I have had plenty of support from the university. I’ve had help with my immigration and living in the UK, plenty of academic support and the student advice centre is always there for additional advice. I’m now in my third year here, living in a private house with two of my friends, which really feels like home. After I finished my foundation course in Exeter, I decided I would not like to go anywhere else. It is a great city, the campus is beautiful, I love the weather here, I love the people here and I love the way people speak English. I have found it really easy to settle in here and have made loads of local friends as well as friends from many different countries. Students here are very welcoming and love to meet new people.
