Application Process

Step 1: Submit your application
You can either apply online or download a copy of the application form and return it to the INTO Scotland Admissions Centre along with all of your supporting documents. As long as you have fully completed the application form and provided all of the necessary documents, the Admissions team will process your application.

Step 2: Receive your offer letter
If there is a place available on your chosen course and you meet the academic and English language requirements, you will receive a formal offer of a place.  The offer letter will provide full details of your study plan including the course dates and tuition fee.  If the course is full or you do not meet the entry requirements, you will be offered an alternative study plan.

Step 3: Confirming your place
To confirm your acceptance of our offer and reserve your place on the course, you should returned a signed copy of the acceptance form and return it to the INTO Scotland Admissions Centre.  You will also need to pay a deposit or provide alternative evidence of how you intend to fund your course. In order to confirm your place, you must also provide evidence of full travel and medical insurance.

Step 4: Receive your confirmation pack
Once the Admissions Team have received your signed acceptance form and evidence of payment, they will issue all of the necessary documentation to support the UK student visa application, including a confirmation of enrolment letter, visa support letter and where applicable a conditional offer of a place for a degree programme at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Step 5: Your arrival
Once your visa has been issued you should pay the remainder of your tuition fees and return the Arrival Details Form to the Student Services team so that we know when you intend to arrive in Glasgow and can ensure that everything is ready for your arrival.  Once full payment has been received you will receive confirmation of your accommodation details, airport pick-up arrangements (if requested) and a pre-departure guide.

I must say that I am overwhelmed by the hospitality of people here. I strongly recommend the UK for anybody wishing to pursue higher learning, because as well as the knowledge you get through your lectures, there is so much you can acquire outside the classroom.
