Newcastle University International Scholarships

The University offers a number of partial scholarships, specifically for international students, to reward them for their previous academic performance. The scholarships are open to all international fee-paying students irrespective of the discipline they intend to study.

Undergraduates
At an undergraduate level, all international students are automatically considered for one of the International Undergraduate Merit Scholarships (IUMS) on the basis of the information they provide on their UCAS application form.

Postgraduates
Postgraduate students can apply for one of the Newcastle University International Postgraduate Scholarships (NUIPS). In addition to these scholarships, some bursaries are offered to international students by the academic schools.
