Social learning spaces

Learning Zone
Located in the King’s Road Centre, the Learning Zone was opened in 2005 to provide a space on campus for private study, group work or to meet socially. Students can work from their own laptops in a wireless network environment or meet with other students in the modern Bistro cafĂ©.

Collaborative Learning Centre

This new centre is the latest addition to the social learning spaces available on campus. Housed within the Robinson Library, the Collaborative Learning Centre combines a number of PCs with large screens suitable for use by groups, display and projection equipment so that students can develop and practise presentations, and a smaller group area with sofas.

The INTO Centre's location on Newcastle University is fantastic as it is right next to the city centre.  Spending most of our time on the University campus during the week, we are able to access all of the excellent facilIties with real ease.
