The INTO Centre

The INTO centre is about students congregating to learn, socialise and grow in terms of academic and personal development. The academic block will be the ‘heart’ of the INTO Newcastle Unviersity centre, buzzing with activity and ideal for making new friends, over refreshments or a full meal, in the new catering facility open seven days a week. Students will be made to feel welcome and enjoy the facility for learning and recreation – a perfect place to interact with INTO teachers, staff and fellow students.

Teaching spaces in the educational facility will be flexible and multi-purpose to respond to a variety of learning requirements – a highlight of the centre is a main multipurpose lecture room that opens up for large events or for more classrooms should the need arise. There are also areas dedicated for self-study and small tutorials. A new library will provide a multi-function resource centre, and be a focal point for learning, study and research.

I’m really happy being a student at Newcastle University. There are many international students and so you can make new friends and learn about new cultures. The University has lots of facilities for studies – computing classes, a huge library resource, as well as facilities where you can improve your English. So if you choose this University I’m sure you will never regret it!
