Social activity programme

Whilst the main reason for coming to Newcastle is to study, in our experience getting involved in non-academic activities will help students to adjust to life in the UK and allow them to develop a network of friends to make their stay more enjoyable. The University campus offers a wide variety of options for socialising, experiencing the arts or a variety of sports. INTO also organises a regular programme of activities designed to help our students make the most of their time in the UK. The programme includes visits to places of interest in Newcastle, the North of England and Scotland, as well as visits to the theatre and cinema so that our students can experience Newcastle’s rich cultural offering.

Newcastle has a great location in the UK.  With its excellent transport links I have been able to visit other cities and learn even more about British culture.
