Assured University placement

Students who successfully complete the relevant Foundation programme at INTO Newcastle University, and meet the specified grades for entry to their selected degree programme, are guaranteed progression onto the first year of an undergraduate degree programme at Newcastle University. Students who complete the Foundation programme will also qualify to apply for entry to other universities in the UK.

Applying to the University

All students applying for an undergraduate degree at Newcastle University are required to submit their application via the centralised Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). Students enrolled on the INTO Foundation programme will also need to complete a UCAS application form in order to apply for their degree programme at Newcastle University. Students will be assigned a personal tutor, who will provide them with independent advice and guidance on their course selection, help with writing their personal statement and general support with completing their UCAS application form.
