Climate

The British weather is well known for being unpredictable and so is a common topic of conversation in the UK. There are four distinct seasons in the UK: Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer. International students who are used to tropical climates are often surprised by the sheer variety of weather in the UK.  Especially as you could be treated to rain, snow and glorious sunshine all in the course of the same day.  What you can look forward to in the way of rain, sun, temperature and even daylight hours depends upon where you choose to live.

"After I finished my foundation course in Exeter, I decided I would not like to go anywhere else. It is a great city, the campus is beautiful, I love the weather here, I love the people here and I love the way people speak English."
