Academic English language tuition
The English Language and Communication Skills module has been designed to help students to improve their English language level and prepare for the demands of Master’s level study in English. The classwork in this module is supported by
one-to-one tutorials. Students with sufficient English language skills may replace the English Language and Communication Skills module with selected modules in the relevant School.

Study skills
An essential preparation for postgraduate university life, study skills helps students to work in groups, present ideas, manage their time, take notes, conduct research and prepare a dissertation.
