Foundation

The Foundation programme is a pre-university course designed to bridge the gap for international students between secondary school and undergraduate studies in the UK. The programme prepares you for direct entry to first year undergraduate programmes at our partner university, and other leading universities.

On successful completion, you are awarded a Foundation Certificate, which offers direct entry to a wide range of degree programmes at our partner university (subject to meeting specific academic and English language entry requirements), as well as for undergraduate study at other UK universities.

If you are already in the first year of an undergraduate degree in your home country, you can use the INTO Foundation to change your academic field, or ‘major’, then enter a UK university undergraduate course to complete your studies.
